The person speaking on the passage at 4:21 am is Director of the Early Treatment Fund, Steve Kirsch.
I don't know if all the numbers it shows are true.
The document is rather dependent and concerns the risk of myocarditis in children.

According to the figures he puts forward in the 16-17 age group for boys years ago:
- 5,2 cases per 1 million 1 injection
- 71.5 cases per 1 million 2 injections
I believe the passage at 4:21 is for those numbers in particular.
