Yes, I am developing.
Basically, a mother tincture is an alcoholic extract of the active ingredients.
It is normally found in pharmacies.
It is used internally by ingestion diluted in water. The taste is not terrible but good, it is drinkable all the same.
For the dosage, I will not go forward because, as everyone knows, the dose makes both the drug and the poison.
In case of treatment, being advised by a doctor is best.
I am just giving "alternative" leads, the side effects of which are beyond comparison with the products of the pharmaceutical industry (see: champix which is about to be banned!) But I am neither a doctor nor a pharmacist.
That said, in general, we prescribe 2 ml of mother tincture (1/5) up to 5 times a day for 15 days maximum. 1 (days at most because valerian can be addictive ... which is not the case with Phytolacca.
Again, these are avenues to consider with a doctor, a tobacco specialist, ... and not a prescription.

For example, when I quit smoking, I also:
-replaced the morning coffee cigarette with a croissant
-replaced the midday coffee by brushing your teeth and a stroll in the green
-removed the evening aperitif
-bike home-work trip (11km anyway)
-Sports swimming after work, because it was in summer
-footing every Sunday morning

I ended up with a potato of hell, and I even managed to do the 50m underwater.
I held there was motivation, but without this change of friends and lifestyle I do not think I would have had it.

Hi Macro, I'm flying over econology, right now, because I have two Poles who work 14:00 p.m. a day to insulate my house.
God what a lesson for me, I've never seen people work so much, so fast, and so well.
