no need for a grant: each time the grant helps those who do not need it

example: scrapping bonus: it helps all car manufacturers: so mostly foreign manufacturers!

tax credit on solar heating and heat pump: it helps the purchase of foreign equipment ... it forbids to build original systems better!

I do not want a subsidy I just want to remove the sticks in the wheel that are the taxes charged and current regulations

for example vat 5.5% and 19.6%: we stop wasting time with the 5.5%: what is useful will have a vat of 0% to save paperwork: the rest, what is bad will be taxed for what it to make money 25% or 50% the calculation remains to be done

no protectionism but 0% VAT for ecological materials Full pot VAT for the rest!

big criterion for a product to be considered ecological: that the manufacturer provide all the technical information and spare parts for maintenance and repair ... that there is no trap for consumption: car manufacturers will have to make good simple cars to be 0% VAT!

another example: afnor standards: free distribution: the current rate is scandalous: it makes a mass of information inaccessible to artisans and small businesses ... in the same genre better organize the dissemination of technical information to facilitate repair of everything that should be and also facilitate the realization of all kinds of invention that do not advance with current blockages

for the rest of the program we will have to open a new topic ... the common sense would it be the right place?

We are all full of good intentions inside of us ... yet the world is not as it should be. Most often, we only do what suits us.
The change of mentalities is not for tomorrow, unless it becomes obvious …… but it would have to be global on a global scale.

no especially not it is this too large scale that blocks everything

we currently have no good solution for france! what right can we order the whole world! especially when we see a certain part of the world progressing without us!

even europe is too big and deprives france of the means to govern

as long as we don't have the ideal solution, the solution is to let different countries try what they want and we'll see what works best: this is what happens in the united states where each state has a great indepandance! alas in europe the different countries are less free than the states of the united states

europe has not standardized the VAT in the different countries but has frozen the situation and forbids any modification! how many years did it take for VAT on catering? ... then my idea of different VAT according to the ecological quality of the material! do we have to get out of europe or convince the rest of europe? Finally the rest of Europe may be easier to convince than Nicolas alone!

It is not Europe that is blocking France, but the reverse: many of them have good ideas that they apply (for example, promoting the development of companies so that they export and hire).
But in France, we don't like taking ideas elsewhere.

That's what I say: French immobility prevents Europe from making us progress.

Uh! Everyone applies it. But few pass the price down (TTC)! Nuance!
