Before 2005 the calculation was simple ... the ONSR gave the dead at thirty days by a simple multiplication of the dead at 6 days by 1.057 ...

http://insee.fr/fr/ffc/docs_ffc/cs103d.pdf

As for the figures for road accidents ... Sorry Boubka ... the reality is really quite different from the theory.
I have a good emergency doctor relationship which fills the morgues all week long ... When his friends from the sheave department who cut the machines 4 to 8 weeks later ....

For her, the reduction in deaths on the road is only due to one thing: the improvement in the passive safety of cars ... When she arrives at a collision with her SAMU team he places bets on the car or he goes there are the macabé (s) ... Very often on the old pampines they do not even care to provide .... It is the coronary who will take care of the poor ... The occupant of the class S ... He will be entitled to the helicopter ...

With the decrease in proximity means in matters of gendarmerie and police ... The BACC are deemed to be filled on the fly (like the minutes) and dispatched such as Will a gendarme confirm the trick ???

I had sought at the time to consult the BACC of my motorcycle accident with the mutual of bikers (slippery ground in the middle of summer because of a defective automatic sprinkling) There was no trace of it anywhere ... I just wanted to see if the accident had been attributed to excessive speed (second slow motion in built-up areas) ... and if my injuries had not been attributed to self-harm ... (landed in a magnificent flower box in concrete of one cubic meter) ...

The FFMC was not the only one to denounce the scheming ...

The most telling figures should be those of car insurance ...

For fuel consumption ...

I hired in a depot for the distribution of refined fuels in 1995 .... At that time we released 700m000 of fuel per year ...

To date with vehicles that consume 20% less ... We get out 1m100 a year on sensiblemnt the same number of points of sale ...

Again: where does it come from and how is it calculated?

In the press (Les Echos) at the time of the controversy over technical control and points license which were said to be impossible to apply. :D

More recently, there has been a project to make it impossible for resale of cars likely to contain asbestos since asbestos is prohibited for sale. It made it impossible to resell millions of used cars! : Shock:

A+
I may seem to insist, but I still do not understand the relation between your words and a "collapse in fuel consumption"(which you think would lead to a fall in the TIPP) ...

Hello
As for the figures for road accidents ... Sorry Boubka ... the reality is really quite different from the theory.

we can all dispute ... even the evidence.
we can also grant more credit to any journalist rather than to believe the specialists ... that is called misinformation : Cry:
and even if there were 1000 more deaths (which i doubt very much) the fall in the number of killed is spectacular when we see that traffic has increased by 80% in 20 years.
for the causes, even if the vehicles have evolved it is rather simplistic (see the English stat on the vehicles)
and if we want to justify the repression we must not drop too much.
and how to fight against one of the main cause of accident ... fatigue :?:

Ok ... let's trust all government publications ...

In this case ... Everything is for the best in the best of all worlds ...

I talk about it to my doctor ... Each time she pisses on it so it makes her laugh ...

I frankly also laugh when I see what the so-called ex TIPP reported to the state .... By knowing nothing but the amount paid by my customers in a region of France ... with my colleagues we said shit ... there's a little hole ...

That said ... With 4500 gendarmes (alleluia) posts even less this year, they will have even more time to come back to the BAACs to bring deaths up to 30 days and more ...

: Cheesy: : Cheesy: : Cheesy:

Even if a journalist can misinform ....
A wicked government is hardly credible anymore ... In my eyes anyway ...

Regarding the justification for the repression ... They used the trick anyway ... And they spread the spices to us ...

For fatigue ... Yes .... There is also the consumption of drugs (very can be tracked) ... When you know what an average French person consumes as an antidepressant ....

Rather let us make government statistics a reality to eat blindly ...

Sorry to have disturbed the sheep in their transhumance to the slaughterhouse ...

My emergency doctor is stupid like a broom ... She can barely count on these ten fingers ...

So:
- run get vaccinated against influenza A (fo go there it's Roselyne bachelot who tells you) it's safe ...

-Do not put in your cars that the 5% of bio fuel already integrated in the oil it would not survive any more

- no no the French state is not in the pay of the big food, pharmaceutical and petroleum groups ... (do not make the AZF or Erika example a generality)

-If water injected into an engine it worked ... Nicolas would confirm it ...

The state is responsible for promoting education for a better future for your children

the state invested heavily in health for your future well-being

the state encourages renewable energies

Everything is for the best in the best of worlds ...

The medics may have lost purchasing power .... but at this level of income, I will complain when I have time. No luck I'm very busy. : Mrgreen:

And for good reason, explains Le Généraliste, the revaluations initially planned in 2011 were not effective until spring 2012. As a result of the races, the income of a general practitioner rose on average to $78.869, against $117.000 for a liberal cardiologist for example.
