I am completely confused: I realize that my last message was too elliptical to be understood correctly.
I wanted to say that individually virtuous rules (rolling back the ball, in the direction of less pollution) easily accommodate (and are even the main condition *) of a global pursuit (forward, therefore) of destruction living conditions on earth.

* As the minimum rules in terms of safety, rejection and human respect which have imposed themselves in our industries, as soon as they disappeared to be reborn in China without these constraints ...
