In the new it is always + - 250k € in pleasant neighborhoods.
In old high-level less than 200k € and in 120k € less favored area, and I have seen 80k € because of asbestos in the facade. But in the 80s, much of the increase was already made. So if we talk about sacrificed generations, there are already 2, see 3.
On RFM there was a speaker who analyzed French failure differently. For him, the cause would be the failure of the school system to train young people in the requested trades and life in common. Taboo failure, no question of questioning the race to the bottom because of egalitarian ideology.

equality ... what bullshit ... why do we drag this into our national currency ... equality is not a quality! we can all be equal at the bottom of misery ... I prefer a great inequality but all at levels higher than a common egalitarian bet

Hold on chatelot, an idea for a new French currency that should please you: freedom, equality, taxation :)

Do not forget that our motto dates from the French Revolution ... and represented an ideal for the people! This has necessarily changed since!

I'm just playing Assassin's Creed Unity a bit, I'm learning a lot of historical stuff because the game includes a lot of real characters (it's funnier than history lessons): Mirabeau, Robespierre, Marquis de Sade ... obviously it's romanticized but there is a real historical research behind!

Yesterday I witnessed the execution of Louis XVI who pronounced in the game words actually spoken ...

You forget a determining factor for a first-time buyer: the reluctance of banks! Whether it is to start a business or buy real estate.

I fear that soon something will have to be found to replace "freedom" :(

Freedom, well manhandled. Now some people dream of bitcoin.
The ultra liberals in their dreams, no more tax controls ......
It will not go in the direction of equity, it means more power for the rich, for mobsters for terrorists.
