Interested in using ocher paint (see article http://www.maisonapart.com/edito/travau ... r-2643.php)
To obtain 5 kg of paint (the amount necessary to cover 15 m²), simply boil a little more than three liters of water and dilute 260 g of wheat or rye flour. Add a kilo of coloring earth and 100 g of iron sulphates, then a hint of linseed oil. It only remains to cook for 15 minutes before diluting with a few drops of liquid soap and the paint is ready.
I have Bordeaux mixture on hand, can the experts tell me if it can replace iron sulphate?
On the other hand, there are also versions with copper sulphate and I would like to know what differences (behavior, color ...) this induces.
Finally another recipe does not mention soap ... what do you think?
Thanks in advance and @ +
