Why don't they do a little nuclear slice. For lack of anything better, that's what's less polluting now ... Unless they have cheap coal to sell. In this case, economic efficiency will prevail over energy efficiency. ecological performance, in general, is not a priority ...

Antwerp is one of the biggest port in Europe (nothing to do with the "big" French ports), so yes I think they have cheap (Chinese ???) coal to sell ...

For the rest: without comment ... But by 2014 things could happen ... : roll:
