Yes but it can also be because they are other varieties ...

Supermarkets should sell twice the same variety of apple on the same display: an organic and a no ... with compulsory tasting! Non-organic people would probably go bankrupt ...

During the last 30 years in the field of fruits and vegetables "we" made (selection, variety ...) more BEAUTIFUL than GOOD ... to sell MORE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL LESS GOOD than the MOST GOOD LESS BEAUTIFUL .. . and now that the consumer is used to "beautiful", it's hard to go back ...

The field of the apple is particularly significant of this phenomenon I think ...

As Christophe, I am not for systematic organic for the reasons he said, but the fact remains that this year I made my Christmas cookies (Bredele for Alsatians) based on 100% organic flour and they were better than ever. The difference was striking.

Well, rather than fight, I leave you my address and in return I want to receive a package of bredele for Christmas (I like to eat them but I don't know how to do them) :D
