Gegyx, administratively you are right, but Algeria is not France. Geography also exists.

Agérie was France with departments, until 1962.


Then it was the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.

This too is indisputable, whether you like it or not.

the Zemmour family, of Jewish origin, was naturalized French by the controversial Crémieux decree of 1870, ignoring the Muslim population).
During the Vichy regime, in 1940 the Crémieux decree was abolished, and property was stolen from certain Jews.
The Jews regained French nationality after the war.
The Zemmour family decided to move to France immediately.

If we follow you in your sophistry and go back a little further then Burgundy, Brittany, Normandy, the Basque country, Flanders, Corsica, Aquitaine, Alsace…etc etc…are not Neither does France!
