Re: After Coronavirus

An evil that spreads terror,
Evil that Heaven in its fury
Invented to punish the crimes of the earth,
COVID (since it must be called by name)
Capable of enriching Acheron in one day,
Waged war on animals.
They did not all die, but all were struck:
We did not see any occupied
To seek the support of a dying life;
No food aroused their envy;
Neither wolves nor foxes spied
The sweet and innocent prey.
The Doves were fleeing:
More love, leaving more joy.
The scientific committee took counsel, and said: My dear friends,
I believe that Heaven allowed
For our sins this misfortune;
That the most guilty of us
Sacrifices himself to the features of heavenly wrath,
Maybe he will get joint healing.
History teaches us that in such accidents
We make such devotion:
So let us not flatter ourselves; let's see without indulgence
The state of our consciousness.
For me, satisfying my gluttonous appetites
I devoured a lot of sheep.
What had they done to me? No offense:
I have even sometimes eaten
The shepherd. I will therefore devote myself, if necessary; but I think
How good it is that each one accuses himself as well as me:
Because one must wish in all justice
May the most guilty perish.
'Sire,' said the Fox, 'you are too good a King;
Your scruples show too much delicacy;
Well, eat sheep, scoundrel, stupid thing,
Is it a sin? No no. You made them Lord
By crunching them a lot of honor.
And as for the Shepherd we can say
That he was worthy of all evils,
Being one of those people who on animals
They make a fanciful empire.
So said the Fox, and flattering applause.
We dared not go too deep
Of the Tiger, nor of the Bear, nor of the other powers,
The least forgivable offenses.
All the quarrelsome people, even the simple masters,
According to everyone, were little saints.
The donkey came in turn and said: I remember
That in a meadow of Monks passing,
Hunger, opportunity, tender grass, and I think
Some devil also pushing me,
I used homeopathy and other alternative medicine
I had no right to do so, since we must speak plainly.
At these words they cried haro on the donkey. A somewhat clerical wolf proved by his harangue
That it was necessary to devote this cursed animal,
This peeled, this mangy, whence came all their evil.
His peccadillo was judged a pendable case.
heal yourself out of the system! what an abominable crime!
Nothing but death was able
To expiate his crime: he was clearly shown.
Depending on whether you will be powerful or miserable,
Court judgments will make you white or black.

Re: After Coronavirus
It's not really related to covid and I don't know if it will tip one way or the other ... but I'm posting here ... meanwhile ...
In 1972, researchers at MIT showed that the end of "industrial civilization" would take place in the 21st century, and those predictions now seem totally in tune with reality, according to a new study.

Re: The Post-Coronavirus World
Struck by the economic crisis linked to the pandemic, millions of American families risk being evicted from their homes from Saturday, when the moratorium that protected them expires.
More victims side by side with their fucking fabricated crisis!
In France for the same reasons, the winter break, which had been extended until May 31, has already ended on June 1. https://www.service-public.fr/particuli ... tes/A14632
It is abominable!

it's their fault! If all the poor were rich, this wouldn't happen to them!Struck by the economic crisis linked to the pandemic, millions of American families risk being evicted from their homes from Saturday, when the moratorium that protected them expires.

Re: The Post-Coronavirus World
Even with money, if you have to leave and there is no accommodation you are still evicted on the basis of a court decision, especially when you are alone, a vegetable in the hospital , and that for these reasons beyond your control, the rent has not been paid for several months ...
There are this type of unforeseen cases that confirm that we are in a ruthless world, even sometimes for the most well-off, since it is the rules that they themselves have put in place that then apply to them ... !

Re: The Post-Coronavirus World
even having money (but so little) is not being rich! At the very least, less poor than others!

Uh ... I apologize for bringing a small contradiction to the assertion that the most well off would now experience the pangs of precariousness ...
When you have millions of € overflowing your pockets and your bank accounts, if you are evicted from your accommodation it is generally because you have organized crazy parties with flooding alcohol and hallucinogenic products, and that these Evenings have messed up the neighborhood, and what's more, you haven't even invited your neighbors because they're not from the jetset.
In my opinion, the smicard expelled with wife and children will have less chance of finding a maid's room or unsanitary accommodation to accommodate his family, than a well-off, even expelled, of taking a luxury suite in a prestigious palace.
