YTONGMultipor: the insulation and plastering system for exterior facades

The facades of homes are often put to the test by being exposed to the vagaries of the climate. A large part of our homes also dates back several decades and the facades of these homes are often less well insulated compared to what is desirable based on current requirements.

The solution: insulation of façades using XTONA YTONGMultipor mineral insulation panels. They are able to resist bad weather and ensure a loss of heat by the facades reduced to an almost zero level.

Heat loss through the facades is an important cause of unnecessary energy consumption. Especially in winter, the season when we lose a lot of heat. Conversely, in summer, insufficiently insulated facades lead to high interior temperatures and therefore the need to use cooling techniques.

In terms of sustainable development, this is not a desirable situation. Thanks to XTON's YTONGMultipor mineral insulating panels, the thermal resistance of a facade and, consequently, the comfort of the home are thus considerably improved.

YTONGMultipor, coated with a coating, can be applied without problems as an insulating layer on an already existing exterior facade.

Thus, the facade is not only isolated, but also benefits from a completely new sustainable aspect.

Benefits of YTONGMultipor:

- high thermal insulation
- optimal fire resistance
- shockproof insulation system
- aesthetics
- lets water vapor through
- decrease in thermal stresses
- no thermal bridges
- prevention of the appearance of algae and mold
- durability
- easy to use
