No special tax on big cars for our Swiss neighbors!

All-terrain vehicles, jeeps and other “4X4” which pollute a lot will not be subject to a special tax. The Federal Council has in fact waived an environmentally oriented tax on cars. "Automobiles will therefore continue to be taxed at the flat rate of 4%," the Federal Department of Finance (FDF) announced on Wednesday.
